Start-Up Land Based Training – $199

Karen will help get you started in an exercise program that will lead you to a healthier lifestyle.  Whether you have a gym you belong to or a home space to workout in, Karen will develop an exercise program that you can grow into and adopt into your lifestyle.  Included in her Start-Up Land are:

  • Initial consultation, assessment, and program design
  • 2-30 minute Personal Training sessions
  • 2 Email coaching sessions
  • Health History and Goal Inventory
  • One-month exercise program

Start-Up Water Based Training – $199

Water based exercise is invaluable to those who are recovering from illness or injury or for those wanting to cross train.  Swimming skill is not required.   Karen will help get you started in a water based exercise program that will lead you to a healthier lifestyle.  Karen will develop an exercise program to do in the water that you can grow into and adopt into your lifestyle.  Included in her Start-Up Water are:

  • Initial consultation, assessment, and program design
  • 2-30 minute Personal Training sessions in water
  • 2 Email coaching sessions
  • Health History and Goal Inventory
  • One-month exercise program

Cancer Treatment Recovery Training – $299

Karen knows cancer and cancer treatment.  She is a cancer survivor who worked hard to regain her strength and vitality.  Karen will help get you back on your feet.  This program can take place at a gym, your home, or in a pool.  Flexibility is the beauty of it and an important part of your recovery.      Included in the CTR Training is:

  • Initial consultation, assessment, and program design
  • 3-30 minute Personal Training sessions 
  • 3 Email coaching sessions
  • Health History and Goal Inventory
  • One-month exercise program with progressive improvements built in

One-on-One Coaching – $995

If you want more, Karen will help take you from where you are to where you want to be.  Meet with her twice weekly, for four weeks, for fitness training and consultation; then once weekly thereafter.   Karen will help you analyze your choices and refine your discipline.  Homework will be involved.   Included in her One-on-Ones are:

  • Initial consultation, assessment, and program design
  • 10 – 45 minute Personal Training sessions
  • 5 Email coaching sessions
  • Health History and Goal Inventory
  • Weekly progressive exercise programs

A-La-Cart – $100/hr

Karen will bring land based or water based Personal Training or Coaching to your home, gym, or pool.
